I’ve been a reader since my Little Golden Books era and have occupied many an internet platform dedicated to talking about my favorite books. My personal library spans over 2,000 titles (and those are just my physical books!) and I can’t seem to stop collecting more. I am eternally and woefully running out of shelf space. I’ve also got a pretty substantial digital catalog as well and tend to be reading at least one physical book, one Kindle book, and one audiobook all at the same time, you know, because I’m a sane person. 😂
I work full-time in higher education in the technology and public relations divisions and part-time as an author’s assistant, mostly managing and posting to social media and coordinating marketing efforts, which is a lot of fun for me. Getting to work in an industry I love, even on the outskirts, is something that brings me joy. It will surprise absolutely no one that my bachelor’s degree is in literature and my master’s degree is in creative writing. My entire life is pretty much dominated by books. I’m also juggling a few different WIPs that I hope I get to publish so that they can make it into the world someday. 🤞🏻
I live in New Jersey with my boyfriend and our nine cats, Chapter, Story, Prose, Gumshoe, Gallifrey, Fable, Folly, Nugget, and Turtle, who are my fellow librarians here at The Unlibrary. In my spare time, I like to read (obviously), play video games, and watch Kdramas. I acquire new hobbies and cycle through them in a never-ending quest to find new things to love. Also, naps. Always with the naps. 💤
